I just love Body Shop!!! And as a treat to myself on my birthday, I've splurged into a P3,000 makeup shopping. And I love every product I've bought. I used my Love Your Body (LYB) Rewards Card to avail of the one-time 20% discount that I am priviledged to use on my birthday month.

04 Flawless Skin Perfecting Foundation SPF 25 (P1,195 but I got this for only P717 because of my LYB card

This is a cream-to-powder foundation that minimizes oiliness and protects your skin at the same time. That's right! It has an amazing SPF 25!!!

29 Lip Color Bronze (Original Price is P650 but got this at P520 due to my birthday month!)

Nice color... I love it. Not too glossy, but not too matte either. Just gives my lips the right tint.

01 Liquid Eyeliner (P650 but got this at P520!)

I sooo love this! It gave me a hard time using this on the first few tries.. But, voila! I'm not that perfect in lining my eyes yet... but, it was far better than my first attempts. It just enhances my eyes and makes it rounder. I guess, I can't live without this any longer. It completes my eye makeup.

Blusher Brush (P895 but got this at P716)

This is a must-buy! It glides smoothly on the face and is absolutely not itchy.. I've washed it every week and I don't see any falling hair. :) I guess, this will last long! (Of course, with proper care, cleaning and storage)

Aloe Anti-Perspirant Deo (Original price at P395 but got it at P316)

This one's great. It gives me the protection I need. With the scorching heat of the sun, I'm sweaty all over but my underarms are dry. :) I wonder what I will buy next for my armpits.. Both the VMV Skin-saving deo and this one works for me.. But, VMV is cheaper and comes in a spray bottle. This one is a roll-on.. Enough! Perhaps, I should make a review on deo's next time?! Gross! :)

I also bought a Strawberry lip balm originally priced at P250, but then again, with my LYB card, I got it at P200. This one, I gave as a gift to a dear friend.

Yes, you read it right! A make-up brush roll absolutely free! They had this promotion wherein if you spent P2,000 on makeup and makeup brushes, you will get the makeup brush roll for free.. And with my loot above, I have, in no doubt, reached the minimum amount required.

Here comes the next day...

I can't help but pass at a Body Shop Store again. Whew! I just forgot the price of these two items.. They had these at 50% off for both LYB and non-LYB members!

01 Eye Colour Fusion Shade: Fusion Blue (I think this was around P200-P250 at a discounted price already. I'm just not so sure about it.)

Massage Toning Oil (around P200-250 as well, but I'm not really sure)

The following day...

I said to myself.. Enough! I did not go to a Body Shop Store anymore.. but to The Face Shop and bought myself an eye shadow brush and got a free soap, too.

That's the end of my trigger-happy shopping spree! Next time, when my budget allows it, I will buy a MAC. I'm still in the lookout for a good makeup primer and foundation that will last the whole day. (dreaming... :) )
